Avocado Pudding

I love everything about cooking show on the television, they do trick, tips and idea I never knew before. The smart explanations in every recipe are illustrated nicely and to be honest it often makes me salivate, it certainly beyond entertain.
I bet you would have the same opinion with me that The most valuable part in cooking show is the recipe, some are quite challenging and some are simple and practical handy, to make it works if only to be creative, Imaginative and keep inspired. Adapt freely to make ideas living alive are more like everyday breathing.

I never contemplate so and so, I just do what ever I want to do, adapt accordingly or modified, both are FUN. As long as they are not faking it, I think it’s worth an attempt.
Another affections comes from cooking show for today posting is avocado pudding, it’s a quick kind of dessert, smooth, creamy and yummy.

Avocado pudding

    1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin (1/2 package gelatin)

    pinch salt
    some shaved chocolate for garnishes

Directions

Place 1/4 cup of milk in a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over and stir to dissolve.
Add remaining milk to a small pot and warm over low heat.

Pour a small amount of warmed milk into bowl mix with gelatin mixture, stir and pour mixture into pot with warmed milk. Stir gently.

Place remaining ingredients in blender, add warmed milk mix with gelatin, condense milk, lemon juice and lemon zest, puree until smooth.

Divide evenly into serving cups, place plastic wrap directly over pudding, refrigerate for approximately 1 hour to set.

Avocado pudding looks gorgeous. What are those on the top for garnishing? Are they chocolate chips? Love the different cute serving bowls too :)

I love the last photo. I found it a little difficult to have lemon and milky/cream choc avocado tho. I think the gelatin is such a classic idea!

This is interesting Ra. I love avocado but never thought making it to pudding or pannacotta :(

I will try this, but I need to figure out first the measuring if I switch the gelatine to agar-agar or konyaku.

Tfs Ra :)

rere, i dont think the agar2 will gives particular texture to it, but hey...have a game and try it out... and dont forget to let me know hows it turns out :)) good luck!

Yes I will surely let you know, now I need to have some research firts browsing around "vegan recipes". I normally use agar-agar when I make panacotta and with the right amount I can get the right consistency, my husband likes panacotta but not pudding (you know example, Indonesian pudding, he thinks it's too gooey)

re, at first, maybe u would started with 1/4tsp of agar2 to get silky texture instead of gooey, hehehe

like research of my pudding sutra with almond flavor, a packet agar2 required more than 2 liter of water, the texture is so smooth once its in the mouth it disappear magic *i found it strange and unique, anyway i have not posted it yet, bcoz i need to write the recipe properly, sit and cool LOL but will do it!
