Before The year of 2011 is getting very very old, I have another privilege to be a guest writer on My Cooking Hut, something delicate to share to an end of 2011. I was completely flattered by Leemei invitation to be a guest writer to reach all My Cooking Hut readers as it one of my favourite food blog since 2008. Another jar of my finery treats for the festive season is these lush green matcha cookies, the divine flavour is dominated by the deeper bitter flavour, incredibly rich and versatile. The aroma and the colour are such inspiration and I absolutely deeply in love with. A very good treats which make it suited for the festive season, snacking them and totally enjoy at every bite of it. I have to tell you, I always tempting to have anything that contains the touch of matcha, moreover beverage such a soya matcha latte, it’s a great company for the sundown and it makes the scene even fantastic! At this time of the year I always deeply feel in my heart a gift of joyful, incredible blessed and glowing. It has been a very busy weeks though, preparing for the upcoming holiday season. I have been hectic working on Xmas baking, making jars of cookies, super slices, super bars, tiffin fridge cake and other sweets that sounds simple for sure, although it sounded so tiring but I’m happily through with it fun. I was looking something easy *the fact, I always keen on something simple for our special treat for the Xmas* which is does not required special trick, fussy tips or the longer timing of preparations and this recipe is a classified as all I want, easy peasy! Suprisingly, tempe was purportedly indentical with poverty in Indonesia but nowadays, it no longer underestimated. It has become popular and well-liked worldwide and it takes special place into culinary star in many countries. I am proud to be an Indonesian for having tempe among my daily-life that often cook them in various way, moreover it inexpensive food which are pack of nutrients. Basa (Bumbu) is Balinese word for spices, it is the mixture of spices that makes the whole dish delicious outcome.
