Soto Daging Recipe (Indonesian beef soup)

I am getting to know about the common Indonesia dish called soto by a reading, soto is a traditional Indonesian aromatic soup. Knowing that there are several types of soto in Indonesia and each has a way of different presenting. The exclusive part is that every regions in Indonesia has its own type of soto soup with such satisfaction additional, for example soto ayam madura (chicken soto) its typically serve with rice vermicelli, boil egg and prawn cracker (kerupuk), while soto lamongan has additional of bean sprouts or it might has some shredded raw cabbage too as added , another one is the famous soto betawi is coconutty base soup, typically serve with emping melinjo (bitter yet delicious cracker) and fresh tomato and still many more varieties of Indonesian soto. Growing up in such tropical country yet beautiful is a blessed to me as well as tropical climate and archipelagic geography support to have wealth agriculture, a unique flora and fauna. This is my Indonesia , a place I always cheer up to live at, with all traditional culture identities, characteristic natural resources and diversity range of Indonesian food. One of timeless tropical fruit I always desire is soursop as commonly called as Sirsak in Indonesia language. Rawon Recipe -Traditional East-Java beef soup

Rawon is a traditional beef soup originally from Surabaya *capital city of east java province of Indonesia, its actually very rich, thick and deep-dark colour soup base because the used of keluak/keluwek nuts as natural coloring. The colour of the soup might makes you wonder or else it might triggered you off to have it, the fact to be honest it absolutely scrumptious. frankly , I would rather never be bothered to cook   rawon on my own which using my own concoction spices from scratch , of course it might quotes from beloved mother recipe , from cookbook or browse around the world web-net. Grilled halloumi salad

I had my first taste of halloumi cheese salad for almost five years ago *oh goodness and I totally recalled vibrantly of having it in Dubai but i dont remember what the restaurant name *i am not that good in remembering places haha! The simple thing i could remember is the restaurant surroundings, it was a very nice and posh restaurant, it designed so cozy, both interior and locations would tell us that it’s really up-class place to hang out and pamper our taste bud, oh and the price too, gosh gosh gosh...the other thing was the superb view from the restaurant which makes the place even classy, it overlook Burj Al Arab-Dubai , alongside human-made canal look alike Venice waterways inclusive few gondolas were pack with tourists, i think the idea to make something ala Venice touched were execute and compose brilliantly, I was impressed as a tourist.
