To me Bali is beyond charming as well  Bali is known as " The morning of the world " the island it self contents with so many extraordinary things, from the spectacular sunset, great culture and nature, outstanding art until the legendary Balinese cuisine, all are sounds heaven. Who would say NO to be placed in the Island of the God? I will be frank with you… This time I go further out, opening a new page and decide to take typical french dessert recipe Strawberry Galette, the fact that I need to improve the passionate all about baking. The reasons I’m choosing this recipe because it suit to my average baking skill also I fancy something berry taste since I have strawberry in hand. It took me to find the perfect, the delicious and the easy in her blog HERE and then I combined the recipe with hers HERE , since both are having the berries as the fruits filling, similarity on the pate brisee and the equal methods in their recipe so I decide to go for it. I made them last week, just in time when I wanted all about savoury, something cheesy and super duper yummy! I was browsing for random recipes online, and it's a great way to express the hunger like me whom concerned to comfort the love one. This is such simple, fast and yet super tasty recipe that I stumbled upon, I absolutely love it! Ketan Bubuk Recipe

This is like the bonus during my tea time ritual, the savory treat sticky and gooey from glutinous rice is at once upon a time somewhat I called it a memorable indulges. Those days were full of the unexpected delight from the traditional homemade food and the house always full of surprise, how I wish I can turn back the time… Ketan bubuk is java style glutinous rice topping with grated coconut and then generously dusted with spiced soy powder. To me it’s a perfect match for cup of tea or black coffee and most people especially from central java would have it as a various breakfast before their daily activity. I was drawn in between imaginations and recalled, but what would be worthy is it no longer just an imagination and I finally fallen beyond the classic traditional Javanese simply-humble delight “ Ketan Bubuk ” . After the last phase of my wonderful holiday, this is the time for a new chapter again, where I must say Hi to all of you…I definitely lost in lots of words, describing and give the detail of my previous holiday as I have no prove in picture, to me, it sounded an excuses--but hey, my self really couldn’t help, perhaps I am terrible and silly :)  I’m very sorry about that. It was great to step my feet again for the second time in middle-east, it was hectic as I have to handle my little man whom too excited to see a new place within sophisticated and extremely modern and I am suck as I have no camera in hand, poor thing :(  I promise to make a huge revenge after these days are over!
