Tomat Mawar-Ranti (Rose Tomato) These gorgeous are here again, the morning Jimbaran local market even prettier filled with the seasonal of rose tomato , its colour and shape has its own natural seductions. It definitely makes my sambal even fresher and alluring, also they are absolutely great for the tomato salad as it a good source of natural vitamin A and C.

Okra, it become my favourite vegetable since then, I remember vividly that I had it for the first time in Singapore when my mom-in-law cooked them in curry and other dish she made was quick stir fry okra with dried prawn, oh it was so darn delicious! I spelled and I fall in love to death! At the following day my husband took me to have the best fish head curry in town and to give you an information, okra is the most crucial vegetable must have in it, oh this one absolutely killer! We were eating greedily and fought over the cheek *best part and always our favourite  The characteristic slime is nature charm but some people prefer to minimize sliminess in the cooking process the fact I don’t mind at all, its actually makes them typical. If I make my own style curry, I have to have okra in it because it’s a must ( wajib :) ) To maintain the looks of my curry, I do special trick especially if it serves for special curry night in favour of friends, its nothing wrong...

Its time for a little update… That I am not too well, down with the terrible cold :( These days weather has been completely crap and caught me to severe awful! I just need really good rest and make a full recovery And I do hope that a cup of homemade ginger lemongrass might help me favourably.

After the last phase of my wonderful holiday, this is the time for a new chapter again, where I must say Hi to all of you…I definitely lost in lots of words, describing and give the detail of my previous holiday as I have no prove in picture, to me, it sounded an excuses--but hey, my self really couldn’t help, perhaps I am terrible and silly :)  I’m very sorry about that. It was great to step my feet again for the second time in middle-east, it was hectic as I have to handle my little man whom too excited to see a new place within sophisticated and extremely modern and I am suck as I have no camera in hand, poor thing :(  I promise to make a huge revenge after these days are over! LOL Well, I am on board--it would be striking if I complete this post with my humble photographs and I hope you like them. Have a nice day!

I am going away for holiday hence I would have to step back from bloging at the moment . I was filled with hectic but fabulous time, spent with family on Christmas and New year--the fact that I was so delighted welcoming the 2011, and I do hope that everyone of you filled with a lot of extraordinary things, Joy, happiness, hilarity and all that you hope for. The second thing I want to share here is I bought my own portable oven, i got it on sale during Christmas time, perhaps it sounds amusing but it’s nothing to compare for--the glad for the resolutions I have made for welcoming 2011, as well to my daily food variety to indulge our day To begin my excitement, then I bought the heart shape cookie cutter, those are looks special and gorgeous. I have got an email from my husband, when i clicked to open, i was so amaze by seeing the pictures contains and this is definitely what we called awesome! “ How to seal a bag and make it air-tight !” The First thing that comes to my mind is to redo the picture so that's understandable. The guy who first thought of the idea must be given an award for imagination and originality !!! Wow, what a fantastic idea! Don't have to grapple with rubber bands, spring clips or twist ties. Steps   Cut up a disposable water (or similar) bottle and keep the neck and top Insert the plastic bag through the neck and screw the top – to seal. The bottle is made to be air-tight, such that water will not leak, the secret lies with the top and screw!

When it comes to have gathering with dear friends always look forward to as we were had one, last Sunday afternoon. We were made spot on plans of simply humble BBQ. There are not enough words to describe when the afternoon until the sunset turns into a magic ending. I really had a great time eating, snapping away and of course looking forward for the next gathering! easy marinated, Olive oil Black paper  Chili powder Roasted garlic sauce Lip-smacking ! Trouble free ! Boil the potato with the jacket, peeled Thousand island dressing Mayonnaise hard boiled eggs comfortable !  Go green, Mix salad Balsamic vinegar dressing Edible !

I don’t know where do I start from, but I do know where exactly to begin... I deeply apology to all of you of being hush again and again therefore I extremely letting this Blog was unfilled for so long, yah it’s too long... I know this is going to be not so great notes from me however I am pleased of having chance of dropping a post and letting you know, perhaps kind of asking of waiting for me until my PC getting cured. “Do not drink sprite etc at near your PC” as my husband did it so,” it may spill all over it and it craft miserable dilemma in life”. And so on...I humbly make it clear that at the moment we have no PC at home since one month and one week ago and so ever we could not do anything else unless pass the time and waiting for it. I hope everything gonna be ending soon as my self really in a chaotic zone of food photographing and typing. Those were the longest time in my existence of being absent, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds, without any explanations I abandoned my self out of you all, I apologise, I do… And seems I do not know where do I start from, hard to believe though, I do want to share of story during my vanished but my words are very diminutive by now. I came up this time with no great story of mine even a recipe but I will do it later as my new kitchen needs to be little arranging here and there, oh! It’s not to be forgotten of highlighting our magnificent part in life, we had recently moved again to other new house. Don’t be so bolt from the blue since we are really a “rolling stone” couple at the moment **wink I do hope that I can bring it on my blog as soon as possible as the kitchen could not waiting touch of my passion **Thanks to God of giving such a moment in joy even hard, we were accomplish something on our trial and again…Thanks abundantly of granted us such a wonderful rewards af...
