Watermelon and feta salad in a glass for Valentine's Day





Valentine ’s Day is a day that has always been recognised for its implication with love. Since forever people have acknowledged their love and eagerly await this day in February, I have a very simple recipe to share “Water melon and feta salad in a glass”, it could be an idea as first course on Valentine’s Day romantic dinner, indulgent but not too heavy.

Give and share the love in many ways that can bring happiness for everyone and makes every moment worth living.

Watermelon and feta salad in a glass
For 2 servings



Ingredient

150g Watermelon, cut into triangle shape
60g feta cheese cut in small cubes
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper
Mint leaves for garnish
Whole lime, wedged for garnish



Direction 

Place and arrange the watermelon in a glasses
Place cubed feta cheese on a side of watermelon slices
Sprinkle with sufficient amount of freshly black pepper
Garnish with mint leaves and cheek of a lime on a side 
Serve chill
