Meat curry, Northern Indian style

Image
When I lived in Goa-India for almost 6 years, I had all the chance to discover their cuisine and the same time I feel special able to learn they’re phenomenal curry.  To be honest, the joy of real Indian curry there is simply no turning back, so when I crave for an Indian curry, I head straight to my kitchen and home-cook it up! The classic India curry is so characteristic, it really gives delicious outcome and also very strong in overall flavor The uses of various spices make it daring to be the one that could stand out among all curries in the world. This is my homemade meat curry, I made it typically more to northern Indian style curry, frankly it’s suppose to use mutton/lamb instead of beef but I simply adapted according to what I like.  Another  adaptation  I made that I simply  engage vegetable oil instead of adding Ghee (Indian clarified butter) and I  substitute dried chili powder with fresh red chili....

Baking at home does give me pleasure, I always looking forward to the new project that I wrote as baking wish list. I like to express my self, doing some try-out to the research that I have wished and trying a new thing to just make me even more confident. To me, it all fun, cooking and baking at home. Another lovely treat for the tea/coffee today, I bake banana yogurt bread with some bitter sweet dark chocolate added. One thing I like yogurt adding to the cake/bread it gives extra moist to it, every bite is divine, melt in a mouth, its really taste so good! I was remember some years ago, my husband’s cousin "M" ever said me if the fresh banana has over ripe and you feel that it is not nice to eat anymore, do not throwing away as you could make it as your cake/bread for tea/coffee companion , it definitely gives you the best treat, it creates best aroma and flavor, heavenly !  In my heart, eh this is cool... At that time, I don’t even bother ...

Having a sit back contentedly, focusing to what I wanted to try, few dessert books are on my lap and i took a glance that some of the issue are really looks enticing! This recipe comes from couples recipe books that I've combined and it has been modified to what I have on hand. After I absorbed some selected recipes, I tried to make up my mind and decided to go with fresh strawberry and yogurt, it sounds perfect to me! This cake is surprisingly delicious, I adapt and made it as simple as I can, all I need only the very basic ingredients and equipments.  What I expected is what I get, the strawberry offer very delicate aroma and flavour- it infused deeply succulent to the cake, the edible seeds have work perfect as texture and the creaminess of yogurt just has completed the cake turned phenomenal!
