Banana yogurt bread

Baking at home does give me pleasure, I always looking forward to the new project that I wrote as baking wish list. I like to express my self, doing some try-out to the research that I have wished and trying a new thing to just make me even more confident. To me, it all fun, cooking and baking at home. Another lovely treat for the tea/coffee today, I bake banana yogurt bread with some bitter sweet dark chocolate added. One thing I like yogurt adding to the cake/bread it gives extra moist to it, every bite is divine, melt in a mouth, its really taste so good! I was remember some years ago, my husband’s cousin "M" ever said me if the fresh banana has over ripe and you feel that it is not nice to eat anymore, do not throwing away as you could make it as your cake/bread for tea/coffee companion , it definitely gives you the best treat, it creates best aroma and flavor, heavenly !  In my heart, eh this is cool... It has been a very busy weeks though, preparing for the upcoming holiday season. I have been hectic working on Xmas baking, making jars of cookies, super slices, super bars, tiffin fridge cake and other sweets that sounds simple for sure, although it sounded so tiring but I’m happily through with it fun. I was looking something easy *the fact, I always keen on something simple for our special treat for the Xmas* which is does not required special trick, fussy tips or the longer timing of preparations and this recipe is a classified as all I want, easy peasy! I made my Xmas treats mostly taken from my cookery books collections and also some of them i got it within browsing around. The desire to bake this cake is all sets in mind long time back, since I have particular ingredients to go for so I had to hold up a little longer. I was thinking if I fortunate to get the one that I wanted, the cake would definitely the most luscious cake I ever have * traditionally-modern, flavourful and characterized Because of my obstinate, I had awaiting for quite long, until last week I have found them, coincidentally put up on sale by the side road peddler and he is the only seller.
