I wonder where the time gone by and I’m still wonder.... sitting in my bench while the rains over pouring, accompany with cup of tea and my cranberry cookies. In the case to find a joy for the simple cooking and baking, I actually prefer the quick and easy, such roasting the very basic vegetables to be a nibble whenever needed. Since my son starts schooling, I need to create anything simple, not to say that I fetching less patience but the fact I tell you the truth, I am just human being and not a super woman, anything simple, quick and tasty, oh I would always go for it! :) I am not all about complaining after realized that I find out my day seems moving too quick and it isn’t fair if I wish a day to have 48hrs. Suprisingly, tempe was purportedly indentical with poverty in Indonesia but nowadays, it no longer underestimated. It has become popular and well-liked worldwide and it takes special place into culinary star in many countries. I am a huge fan of tofu *tahu and the great thing about tofu is abundant loaded of protein which is a good source of nutrients to our body.     I definitely enjoy baking, but I am not that skilled, perhaps needed a little self confident and daring. Failure is part of the learning process and I don’t need to be afraid of as it s the most valuable teacher . Well, I am not overstating but at least it kept me inspired.   It is truly unfair if I did not posting my kimchi using western cabbage today... Wondering why? That because I purposely brought the red-bell pepper flakes **which is the key ingredient of kim chi, across the country from Korean cold storage in Dubai to Goa-India. I would say that this is a great nibble especially for my husband who hates cabbage **but not napa cabbage a.k.a Chinese cabbage. The crunchiness, the spiciness and the sourish come in the same time, I have to gives them a particular credit which finally demolish my curiosity and completely indulge myself.
