Cooking an Indonesian food has always magnetized me, seeing that most of every dish will be required the use of freshest spices in order to make the most delicious food with outstanding flavor. Like many other cook, I like simple home-cooked meals on a daily basis and doesn’t have to be time consuming, however the most important thing to me is cooking quick and easy, tasty and satisfying! Frankly, I absolutely enjoyed eating hot spicy food, is just like a treatment at the same time thrilling for the soul. I can’t imagine if I have to live without chili to make my food sensational and exciting when it serves on the dining table. Staying near by the traditional fish market is just like great benefit to me so I can cook fish dishes and serve it fresh at anytime for my family. I found that my habit of collecting the free magazine from every corner of the restaurant, Deli, supermarket or cold storage in the island is becoming more and more fascinating. By now I have so many of them, such lets eat, NOW , the mag or Hello Bali, one thing I like the most is their concept, keep the tourist nor resident up-to-date, it charitable and seducing. Most of the magazines are consider appealing, interesting and very informative, they discussed about many things and it makes sure that we are not miss a thing The great thing I like that it contains would never be so boring. To me, a local market such an overwhelming amazing place, a place where all about cooking are started from and most people would treated as the boss, choosing the stuff in their need, their best and their freshest, its really great! I live almost near by the local market and its very big advantage to me as my foremost preferences cooking ingredients are available in there and of course I wouldn’t deny that I need doing grocery at either supermarket or cold storage too as the crucial part in my life  One of nearest local market near where I live called jimbaran local market (pasar Jimbaran) it offer such variety of spices, primary home needed, vegetables, fruits, traditional cooking tools and other interesting stuff.
